I’m Lenna — somatic trauma coach, writer, comedian, and cycle-breaker. I was hijacked by Good Girl conditioning for most of my life, until I woke up and clawed my way out! Now I help women ditch their 'Good Girl' conditioning so they can live from sovereignty and leave the good girl in Act 1.

My work blends nervous system science, shadow work, and rebellion. Because breaking free from the cage of conditioning is an act of rebellion.
