Burrows Lea isn’t just a venue — it’s a sanctuary.
The house sits on 30 acres of ancient gardens and woodland, and you feel it the moment you arrive.
Your system starts to shift before we’ve even started the session. The land here does half the nervous system regulation work for us.
This is the legacy of Harry Edwards, an internationally recognised healer. His former home has been used for healing work for almost a century, and it has that unmistakable charged quality you only find in places that have been charged with healing energy.
It’s quiet. It’s held. It’s spacious.
And it’s the perfect place to let your body exhale.
After you add your text and video in the "Content" tab, you can customize the layout of your section in the "Design" tab. Videos can be beside, above, or below your text.
Is TRE® accessible if I have physical limitations?
TRE® can be adapted for people with physical limitations and Lenna is an expert at modifications. If you have any injuries or mobility concerns, please reach out beforehand so we can discuss appropriate modifications.
Is TRE® accessible if I’m struggling with my mental health?
TRE® is a wonderful tool for helping with stress, anxiety, and emotional tension. However, if you're experiencing severe mental health challenges, such as severe depression or anxiety, a 1-1 session would be more suitable.
Is TRE® suitable if I’m experiencing active trauma symptoms?
TRE® can be powerful for trauma release, but if you’re currently experiencing active trauma symptoms, such as flashbacks, extreme anxiety, or dissociation, it’s recommended to begin with individual sessions to ensure the process is safe and supportive for you.
What if I’m unsure whether TRE® is right for me?
